Adarsh Rajendran, CEO of Andhra Pradesh MSME Corporation, an AP government undertaking, paid a visit to Sri City on Monday. C Ramesh Kumar, Vice President (Customer Relations) of Sri City, extended a warm welcome to him and presented a detailed overview of the business city's growth and current status. Rajendran expressed his admiration for Sri City’s industry-centric environment and top-tier infrastructure, citing it as an exemplary model for replication across India due to its remarkable success. During his discussions with senior executives, he observed that Sri City is home to over 40 medium-sized enterprises, many of which are integral to the supply chains of engineering, air conditioning, and other industrial sectors.

He proposed establishing a cluster of small and medium-sized industries in and around Sri City to serve as ancillary units to the major manufacturing companies in the region. He inquired about details regarding Sri City's Ready-built factories and leasing modalities.

Adarsh Rajendran toured the campus, taking note of the vibrant industrial activities. He visited the production facilities of Mondelez, MSR Garment and Adela Electronics, marking his maiden visit to Sri City since taking the charge at the AP MSME Corporation. The visit was also attended by Ramamurthy, Assistant Director of the Industries Department.
